How do I know if I was selected?

All applicants have been contacted by email. Your message will indicate if you were selected, waitlisted, or not selected.

How many tickets will I receive if selected?

You will receive the number of tickets you selected at the time of registration (either 2 or 4). This cannot be changed.

    Are the tickets free?

Yes, all tickets for NASCAR Community Day on June 19th are free.

Do I need to verify my residency?

Yes. If you were selected, residency verification is required. Waitlisted residents may also be asked to verify residency if additional tickets become available.

What documents are accepted for verification?

    • Property tax bill
    • Lease agreement (minimum 6 months)
    • Mortgage statement

The name on your document must match the name used during registration.

What happens if I do not complete residency verification?

If verification is not completed by May 1, your tickets may be forfeited and offered to someone on the waitlist.

What does it mean if I am waitlisted?

Being waitlisted means you were not initially selected for tickets, but you are still eligible if tickets become available. Additional tickets may open up if selected residents do not complete residency verification or decline their tickets.

If tickets become available, waitlisted residents will be contacted in the order they were selected from the waitlist and will be required to complete residency verification by May 1st to claim tickets. Availability is not guaranteed, and not all waitlisted residents will receive tickets.

When will I receive my tickets?

Once residency is verified, your information will be securely provided to Ticketmaster. Tickets will be delivered by email (expected early to mid-May).
